alumni exhibition: Call for Entries

Eligibility
Open to all graduates from the Texas State (or Southwest Texas State) University School of Art & Design.
Submission instructions
Submit entries via email to txstgalleries@txstate.edu
Up to 3 entries per applicant. Each entry may have up to 2 accompanying detail images if needed.
Entries should be submitted as jpegs (1024 max px @ 72 ppi is ideal); no image files larger than 2MB.
Audio or Video: any standard file format or link to video hosting site.
Label files as follows: YourLastName_FirstInitial_TitleOfWork (add “_Detail” if a detail image).
Include a checklist with your submission containing the following information for each artwork.
Last name
First name
Artwork title
Artwork year
Artwork medium
Artwork dimensions (h x w x d)
Include your CV (stating your graduating year and field) as well as your Artist Statement.

January 20 All entries due by 11:59 PM
March 5 Applicants selected will be notified by email
August –November, 2025 Exhibition on view in Galleries 1 & 2
Artist stipends and shipping costs (as needed) will be provided for those selected.
