The Texas State Galleries’ FLEX space invites Texas State Art and Design students, faculty, staff, or alumni to envision and assemble well-considered, visually engaging, and conceptually stimulating exhibitions and events. Selected proposals represent the unique creative vision of the Texas State Art and Design community and its relevance within the larger art world.
Unfortunately, the FLEX committee is not accepting submissions for Spring 2019 FLEX programming due to an overflow of Fall 2018 scheduling. We apologize for any inconvenience. The call for proposals for Fall 2019 FLEX programming will post here on March 4, 2019.
This annual juried competition celebrates the distinguished work of students enrolled in the School of Art and Design at Texas State University.

The Texas State Galleries are one of many organizations that students may consider for the Art History Internship Course (ARTH 4325) at Texas State University.
